Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please make sure your email is entered in correctly, we do not make any adjustments to your information unless requested.

Does vijewelry.com ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We've shipped all the way to Germany! Just enter your address and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout!

For Caribbean Orders, we highly suggest using a Freight Forwarding Company to ensure safe delivery of your package. Please sign up for an account through a US/Caribbean Shipping Agent and use the US Address that they give you. You will apply our Regular Shipping rate to the US and the appropriate clearance fees once it arrives to your location.

As for large Caribbean/International Wholesale Orders, your order will be sent via FedEx or DHL at the shipping rate quoted at the time of your order by FedEx or DHL.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, nor do we do full order refunds. Unfortunately, we also do not cover the shipping cost of your return postage.

Good News! You do not have to pay shipping costs again for the new item(s) that we will mail out to you! We've got you covered on that!
