When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders the same or very next BUSINESS DAY before 5pm, unless we are waiting for a particular item to arrive at our office! :-)
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please make sure your email is entered in correctly, we do not make any adjustments to your information unless requested.
Does vijewelry.com ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We've shipped all the way to Germany! Just enter your address and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout out!
For Caribbean Orders, we highly suggest using a Freight Forwarding Company to ensure safe delivery of your package. Please sign up for an account through a US/Caribbean Shipping Agent and use the US Address that they give you. You will pay our Regular Shipping rate to the US and the appropriate clearance fees once it arrives to your location.
As for large Caribbean/International Wholesale Orders, your order will be sent via FedEx or DHL at the shipping rate quoted at the time of your order by FedEx or DHL.
