When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders the same or very next BUSINESS DAY before 5pm, unless we are waiting for a particular item to arrive at our office! :-)

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order. Please make sure your email is entered in correctly, we do not make any adjustments to your information.

Does vijewelry.com accept international orders?

YES, ONLY THROUGH SHIPPING AGENTS (FREIGHT FORWARDERS)

Please sign up for an account through a US/Caribbean Shipping Agent and use the US Address that they give you. You will pay our $4.99 Shipping to the US and the appropriate clearance fees once it arrives to your location.

As for International Wholesale Accounts, Orders will be sent via FedEx at the shipping rate of $150.00 minimum.

Where is my package being shipped from?

Orders are shipped from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands or Tampa, Florida.
